SO excited for this sold out show! The Hip never let me down at the Fillmore, and I am sure a Saturday night will be crazy!

I still have a single available for this show if anyone is interested.

Awesome show. I don't remember the order, so this isn't a true "set list", per se, but here are the songs they offered up:

We Are The Same
Depression Suite (strange choice for an opener, IMO)
Morning Moon
Honey, Please
Frozen in My Tracks
The Last Recluse
Coffee Girl
Now the Struggle Has A Name
Love Is A First

World Container
Yer Not the Ocean
In View

Phantom Power
Poets
Bobcaygeon
Thompson Girl
Fireworks

Day For Night
Grace, Too
Thugs
Scared (Acoustic)

Fully Completely
Fully Completely
Courage (Acoustic, very interesting)
At the 100th Meridian

In Violet Light
The Dire Wolf

Hen House
Gift Shop
Ahead by a Century
Don't Wake Daddy

Up to Here
Blow At High Dough (closer)
News Orleans in Sinking

I think that's everything. They had great energy and broke some songs down in their typical jam fashion. All in all a great time. This was the 2nd time I've seen them.

Sick, sick show. I've been to approx. 20 shows and this one was top notch. Don't wake Daddy, Thugs! (amazing), Grace Too, Thompson girl(acoustic), poets, ABAC, scared (acoustic), 100th meridian, bobC, courage (acoustic), dire wolf and many more. The band sounded amazing and really seemed to be enjoying themselves. The historic fillmore was alive and so was the crowd - they enjoyed the new stuff as much as the old. I just got back to Cali from seeing a show in Detroit, so I debated even going last night. Boy, did I make the right call!!

Long live The Hip!!!!!!!!!!!

Loved the show last night and can't wait to see the guys tonight. One correction to the set list above, ABAC was played during the first set, not part of the acoustic bit that started the second set. And I loved the Hip starting off with The Depression Suite, which I thought was incredible.

Best song of the night "At the Hundredth Meridan". Absolutely killer version last night.

Hopefully a completely different show tonight!

Great show.

I was a little disappointed with their first set -- mostly new stuff (not just from We Are the Same but World Container as well) -- but the second set was amazing and more than made up for it.

The highlight for me was probably Courage (Acoustic). It felt slower than usual yet extremely powerful and almost haunting. Definitely a different take on an old classic.

Also, other highlights included: Thugs, 100th Meridian, ABAC, NOIS.

I have been waiting for Gems this tour - about time.
And, is Gems the first "new song" added since The Completists in Philly?

Gems into Thugs would have been great, but I was at this show, Gems was not played. At least I don't *think* it was played. I only had 2 beers, so I am pretty sure I wasn't too drunk to remember correctly...

lol

I grabbed the setlist from TheHip.com - so it could be incorrect.
After comparing what ledrevolution19 wrote, I am thinking instead of Gems it should be the Last Recluse, not The Last of ....Gems like TheHip.com stated.
