"I've never heard this Bob Dylan song outside of this bootleg (even the original). Upon some research, the tune is from 'The Bootleg Series Volumes 1–3 (Rare & Unreleased) 1961–1991', which would have been released officially for the first time only two months prior to the show (Although the song has existed since at least 1976)."

The song was released by Ron wood in 1979 on his "Gimme Some Neck" album. The Hip version is very close to Ron's version. It seems the Stones were a definite influence on The Hip.
